DIY tye-Dye keds!

What you'll need

  • white sneakers-I got mine from target for $18
  • sharpies
  • rubbing alcohol 

What you need to do first is unlace the sneakers


next just color all over the sneakers! anything you want

 


























          

Once They are all colored take a paper towel and put rubbing alcohol on it and rub all over the sneakers then leave them outside to dry for 30 minuets then relace them then voila!

7 fun ways to exercise

If your not a fan of going to gym and just running in place for 30 minutes then I have some great substitutes for you! BTW there's a typo in that picture below its supposed to say 7



  1. SWIMMING! This is a great exercise that doesn't even seem like you are working out! if you breath stroke for an hour you can burn off 585 calories which is more than going on the elliptical for an hour.
  2. BIKING! Biking is a super fun way to exercise! you can lose up too 650 calories biking for 1 hour and that's on flat ground, if you go up hills a lot you can lose 700-750 calories!
  3. Dance! If you just blast your favorite song in your room and go crazy and dance like no one is watching you can lose almost 500 calories per hour, dancing is a great way to stay fit.
  4. Snowboarding and Skiing! These are great winter sports because they can give you a great feeling, like your floating. depending on your weight you can lose 240-650 calories per
  5. The color run! You will obviously realize you are exercising but the color run is so fun! I did it last year and I had a great time. The color run is a 5k and it takes people an average of 30 minuets to run a 5k and you can burn 280 calories for running for 30 minuets.
  6. Trampoline! Jumping on a trampoline for an hour is a great fun, fat burning workout. You can at LEAST 252 calories on the trampoline.
  7. Pokemon go! I know that this game has kinda gone out of style but is an awesome way to lose weight and have fun! you burn calories from walking around and getting a reward. You can burn up  to 220 calories playing Pokemon go for an hour

Hair styles for different occasions

    School

  i like to do just 1 braid going toward the back in morning because it takes almost no time and it actually looks like i spent time on my hair   
similar to the one braid 1 like to do Half-up-half-down in the morning because it takes almost no time and it actually ends up looking decent 












I don't do this often, only when i have extra in the morning but if I do have this i always get compliments this style is tricky so here is a link on how to do it how to do dutch braids



Concert


 space buns are taking over! You have probably seen this trend all over social media. There 3 different kinds. My favorite is probably the hardest. It is the dutch braid ones (left) To do this one you have to do a dutch braid but start at the bottom and ending it off with a bun. I don't recommend doing this one on your self because it might not come out at expected. The original (top right) is super cute and simple it take 10 seconds. To do this just put your hair into 2 pigtails then rap the hair around its self then secure it with another pony tail holder and maybe some bobby pins then voila! The last one is the half up half down. (bottom right) this one is also super simple! i like this one because i have layers in my hair so it is sometimes hard to do buns. For this one just take the top few layers of your hair of your hair then, Do the same as the original!

     these two are so simple! for the first one all you need to do is put your hair is a pony the braid it then put a elastic at the bottom then BAM! if you still have little stray hairs then just put in a headband. My favorite athletic head bands are from lululemon.com. the second hair style very easy. I don't really know what to call it. To do this style just put a a little bit in a pony then ad more then put an elastic in then grab some more, etc. until you run out of hair

About me!

Hey everybody! My name is Johanna! I decided to start this blog because of my best friend Mirabella, go check out her blog preppy style by Mira. Now back to me i'm only 12 but people say i'm much older at heart. On my account I will be posting about clothes, make-up, (i don't wear a lot but when I do, for some reason i feel FABULOUS) I might post reviews about books, movies, etc. If you guys want to send me any request I will make sure to post about it! Some of my favorite stores for clothes are pink, urban outfitters, forever 21 and american eagle/aerie. One AMAZING part of my life is that i do theater. I take singing, dancing and acting classes at Franklin school for the performing arts. The most recent show that I was in was Smooth sailing. Smooth sailing is a kids version of Anything Goes. I played Grace, One of Reno Sweeny's angels. My mom does the costumes for most of the shows at FSPA. I like to go to gym often because it makes me feel proud and it makes me feel good about myself. I will try to post once a week!
